How we work

A simple process, so you always know where your project stands, what it will cost, and what comes next.

01 / 04

Understand

We learn how your business runs before suggesting any software.

It starts with a conversation about your business: how work comes in, who handles it, the tools you already use, and what you'd like to be different.

What we'll talk about

  • Your services, customers and the people involved
  • Current challenges and where things slip
  • Existing tools, accounts and software
  • What you want to achieve

02 / 04

Propose

A clear written proposal you can actually compare and question.

We put the recommendation in writing, then talk it through with you. Scope and price are agreed together before any work starts.

What the proposal sets out

  • Recommended solution
  • Included functionality
  • Expected deliverables
  • Development timeline
  • One-time and recurring costs
  • Optional features

If the budget is tight

We'll look at what can wait for a later phase, what can be simplified, or a different payment arrangement, so you still get something that works.

03 / 04

Build

Onboarding, then development in reviewed milestones.

Once we've agreed, we collect what we need to begin, build the agreed solution, and review it with you at each milestone before launch.

What we'll ask for at onboarding

  • Business details
  • Branding and assets
  • Existing website information
  • Workflow requirements
  • Account access, granted by invitation

We never ask for your passwords

Access to your accounts is set up through secure invitations and delegated access, never through a form or an email.

Manage

Monitoring, maintenance and steady improvement after launch.

After launch we can keep looking after the system: keeping it reliable, refining what you use every day, and planning bigger additions when you need them.

  1. System MaintenanceKeeping the existing infrastructure reliable and functional.
  2. Continuous RefinementImproving existing workflows and experiences within agreed support allowances.
  3. New DevelopmentAdding significant new capabilities through separate project agreements.

Some businesses prefer to pay for a project once. Others would rather have their system built and looked after for a monthly fee. We'll talk through which suits you.

Flexible arrangements, agreed in writing

Project Development

You pay an agreed project price to develop your website or business system. Scope, payment milestones, ownership, deployment and maintenance are defined in a written agreement. Ongoing management can be added separately.

Managed Business Systems

For eligible projects, instead of paying the full development cost up front, you pay an agreed monthly fee for a managed website or operational system. It can combine development, hosting, maintenance, monitoring and support, with a limited allowance for minor improvements and periodic reviews.

Pricing depends on what your business needs, so we don't publish fixed packages. Every arrangement is set out in a written agreement before work begins.
