Four services. One connected system.

Listed in order of how central they are to our work. Most projects combine two or three of them, scoped around what your business actually needs.

Not sure which you need? Answer a few quick questions

01 · Our primary specialty

Business Operations Systems

We develop business-specific internal systems that help owners and employees organize daily operations.

One place for the requests, jobs, bookings and records that currently live in inboxes, notebooks and spreadsheets, laid out around the way your team already works.

What it can include

  • Custom administrative dashboards
  • Customer inquiry management
  • Quote and estimate tracking
  • Job and project management
  • Customer records
  • Scheduling and appointment management
  • Internal workflow management
  • Business-specific reporting

Not every business needs all of these. Each system is scoped around what you actually need.

02 · Connecting the pieces

System Integration & Automation

We connect digital tools and automate repetitive processes.

Fewer things to copy by hand and fewer things to remember. We automate the steps that are repetitive and predictable, and leave the judgement to you.

In practiceAt Satnam Jewellers, a consultation request from the website is saved straight into the admin hub and the business inbox is alerted, so nothing has to be copied across by hand.

What it can include

  • Website inquiries feeding into a management dashboard
  • Automated customer and staff notifications
  • Status updates and workflow triggers
  • Integrations with existing business software
  • Centralized business information
  • Reducing repetitive administrative tasks

Practical improvements, not automation for its own sake.

03 · Ongoing, after launch

Managed Digital Infrastructure

We provide ongoing technical management after development.

Your systems keep working while you run the business. We regularly look for issues and opportunities to improve the systems we manage, instead of waiting for something to break.

What it can include

  • Application and website monitoring
  • Maintenance and bug fixes
  • Security and dependency updates
  • Backup management
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Performance improvements
  • Periodic workflow reviews
  • Minor refinements
  • Ongoing technical support
  1. System MaintenanceKeeping the existing infrastructure reliable and functional.
  2. Continuous RefinementImproving existing workflows and experiences within agreed support allowances.
  3. New DevelopmentAdding significant new capabilities through separate project agreements.

Managed support isn't unlimited development. What's included each month is agreed up front, and larger additions are scoped as separate projects.

04 · Where customers come in

Websites & Customer Interfaces

A website can be the public-facing component of a larger business system.

We design websites that present your services clearly and hand every request straight to the system behind them, so the website and the business operations work together.

In practiceSatnam Jewellers' website and admin hub are one system: the public site is where a customer asks, the hub is where the shop answers.

What it can include

  • Custom business websites
  • Customer inquiry and quote forms
  • Appointment request interfaces
  • Customer portals
  • Service presentation
  • Mobile-friendly experiences
  • Connections to internal business systems

Discuss Your Project

Questions, answered.

Do we need all four services?

No. Not every business needs all of these. Each system is scoped around what you actually need, and most projects combine two or three of them.

Can you work with the software we already use?

Integrations with existing business software are part of what we do. In the first conversation we look at the tools and accounts you already have and tell you what's practical to connect.

Will you need our passwords?

No. Access to your accounts is set up through secure invitations and delegated access, never through a form or an email.

Is ongoing support unlimited?

No. Managed support covers maintenance and minor refinements within agreed support allowances. Larger additions are scoped and agreed separately as new development, so you always know what you're paying for.

Do you publish prices?

No. Pricing depends on what your business needs, so we don't publish fixed packages. Every arrangement is set out in a written agreement before work begins.

What if our budget is tight?

We'll look at what can wait for a later phase, what can be simplified, or a different payment arrangement, so you still get something that works.
